There is matcha. And then there is Aicha's Golden Grade Uji matcha.

Grown in the mist-covered hills of Uji—the birthplace of Japan's most celebrated matcha tradition—our rare, small-batch ceremonial-grade matcha is crafted from the first flush tea leaves harvested only once each spring. For weeks before harvest, the plants are carefully shaded, slowing their growth and encouraging a remarkable concentration of chlorophyll, L-theanine, and natural sweetness. The result is a tea revered across Japan for its exceptional depth, vibrant colour, and refined character.

The moment you whisk it, the powder transforms into a brilliant, jade-green bowl crowned with a velvety layer of fine crema. Its aroma is fresh and inviting, carrying delicate notes of young spring greens, sweet cream, and a gentle ocean breeze. When you sip it, the tea is luxuriously smooth—silky, naturally sweet, and rich with deep umami. There is no bitterness, only a long, clean finish that lingers with quiet elegance.

Every cup reflects centuries of Japanese craftsmanship and the uncompromising standards of Uji's master tea growers. From the careful shading of the leaves to the meticulous stone-grinding process that preserves their freshness and flavour, every detail is designed to create a matcha of extraordinary quality.

For those who seek nothing less than the finest, this is more than a daily ritual. It is a rare expression of Japan's most prized tea-growing region. Experience the finest matcha, for the first time in Dubai.

Health Benefits

Made from shade-grown, first flush leaves in Uji, Japan, our Golden Grade matcha is naturally rich in antioxidants, particularly EGCG, which helps protect the body from oxidative stress. Its unique combination of L-theanine and naturally occurring caffeine delivers calm, sustained energy—enhancing focus without the jitters or crash of coffee. Because the entire leaf is consumed, every cup offers a concentrated source of nutrients, making matcha one of nature's most nourishing daily rituals.
